This photograhy position opening at Starshots Bankstown looks interesting. I wonder what their pay rates and commissions are? These guys charge anywhere between $200 to $400 per photo including the whole makeup and photoshoot session.

STARSHOTS Bankstown is an established business that has been operating successfully in Centro Bankstown for the past 10 years. We are part of a growing franchise that now has 17 studios throughout the country.

Our Bankstown studio requires an experienced portrait photographer to join our friendly team of photographers and makeup artists.

Photographer - Job Responsibilities:

• Using lighting, props and poses to take photos that will wow! our clients
• Being able to sell our product to prospective clients
• Answering phones and attending to enquiries
• Working with a team to help produce a great experience for our clients

Photographer - Essential Skills Required:

• Experienced in portrait studio photography (2+ years minimum)
• Excellent use of studio lighting
• Ability to pose a wide range of clients so they look their best
• Friendly personality
• Good phone manner
• Ability to work in a team orientated environment
• Sales skills

Initially this will be a 24 hour a week job however with the right employee this may result in fulltime work. As this is a retail business you may occasionally be required to work Thursday nights and weekends.
