The Sci-Fi website has been adding clues ("You will know the Truth") as to who the Final Cylon is. After reading pages and pages of junk on the BSG forum I found a post which stood out from the rest (below). No real conclusions yet as I suspect they are holding back the majority of clues on the final days leading up the the first Battlestar 4.5 episode.

Theories on the clues::

Clue One:
"You have heard my voice countless times, yet you do not know my name"

- Someone in plain sight.

Clue Two:
"And the fifth still in shadow , will claw toward the light, hungering for redemption that will only come in the howl of terrible suffering. I can see them all. The seven, now six, self-described machines who believe themselves without sin, but in time, it is sin that will consume them. They will know enmity, bitterness, the wrenching agony of the one splintering into the many, and then they will join the promised-land, gathered on the wings of an angel. Not an end, but a beginning.
Not yet discovered, the fifth will knowingly or unknowingly hurt a lot of people. The seven known models, now six, because of D'Anna being boxed will continue fighting amongst themselves. Instead of being united they're no split into many groups. The survivors will join together, humans and cylons. They will find the true Earth and a new beginning will emerge. The hybrid children?

Clue Three:
Kara and someone walking. "kara what is it? What does it mean?"

- I believe it's misleading. I don't think she finds her body, just that she is confused and it running trying to figure out what went wrong with Earth, and why it's post-apocolypse.

Clue Four:
The press conference
Lee: "We believe the fifth cylon is dead"
Lee: "My gods I can't believe I said that"
Bill: "What was that about?"

Lee slips up, saying something they've been tossing around amonst themselves perhaps? Or he said that to get them off his back.

Question is: did Lee (from his perspective) tell the truth, thinking the Fifth is truely dead or does Lee know it's identity and does he deliberately lie about it?

Clue Five: The infant/fetus with the glowing spine.
The question is, is this a past reference or a what's to come reference.

Personally I think Hera is the "Angel" they speak of. According to Cylons she's the "shape of things to come" as well. May point towards a peaceful ending between Human and Cylon.

Clue six:
Six: "You or the old gods which will it be?"
Baltar:"Why can't I just be a man? Why do I need to take on the gods single handed?
Six:"Oh but imagine the kind of man you'll be when you do. Surely such a man must be magnificent. Larger than life. God-like, himself.
Baltar: "What are you talking about?"

Baltar is the cylon god. Perhaps the final cylon..

Clue Seven:
The Last Supper
Why is six in the middle like Jesus?
Why did they remove Roslin?
Well actually there's a lot to be had from this, and I'll get to it later.

Clue Eight:
Baltar talking to Chief.

Baltar: "I know it's hard to make sense of things sometime. In my own life. In my own life I joined the fleet as a scientist. As a skeptic, as a person, as a man of reason. I only need to have fate turn that all on its head. I understand now that there was a purpose to it. We change. Maybe we even learn something along the way."

He joined as a person? He's different now? Hmmm. ;D

Clue Nine:
Blurry video of Bill getting a gun, and walking into a room and saying, "Sit down, Cylon."
So who would be behind that door?

Tigh is behind it. There's been a sneak peek on Youtube where you see a scene where a drunk Adama enters the room to talk to Tigh. He says "sit down Cylon" and well he starts to insult Tigh etc. etc. This is the clip:

Clue Ten:
Felix to Baltar.

Felix:"I suppose a long time ago it was architechture. I tell you one thing though, I had some pretty fraking amazing ideas. Restaurants shaped like food.Top heavy buildings and stairways. Everything had to have a stairway. I just hope. I hope that people realize, eventually who I am."
He's number seven. =D

He wants people to see him as more than just someone who works with computers on the battlestar.

Clue Eleven:
Crackiling
These are the voices I could make out.

"Every Revolution begins with one small act of courage, but I hope you know how serious this is. I hope you understand that this..."
Other people talking over
"Order."
"This is madness"
"Corrupt illustration"
"You know exactly what I'm talking about. Our little secret."
"Or anyone else"
" So I guess a pity frack is out of the question then?"
Grandfather clock. Twelve bell dings.
The little secret clue comes up in the webisodes too, very interesting.
The grandfather clock is significant in that there are twelves everywhere. But what else could it mean?

Clue Twelve:
Kara sitting.
Loudspeaker:"Attention Fire in compartment C. Evacuate sections 29 and 42"
Kara: Calls his name
Him:"You hear the alarm captain. Evac the area, I'm in charge here."
Kara: "Since when do they give pilots in charge of damage control."
Him: "Take your fracking hands off of me. Gods. No one even knows what you are anymore."
Kara:"Son of a *****"
Runs the other direction
Something is going on, and I don't think Kara trusts him.. Conspiracy to hurt people and Kara is on to it?

Clue Thirteen:
Bill, Tigh, Helo, Roslin

Tigh: "Why put a lid on it?"
Bill: "The real plan stays in this room, if it gets leaked to the cylons all bets are off. Have someone escort the rebel leader back to her baseship so someone can inform her people they have a deal."
Helo leaves.
Rebel leader being Roslin? Is she going against things again? Or is it someone else?
Also.. Tigh is in on the secret that the cylons can't know.. uh oh.

Clue Fourteen:
Bill walks into his quarters. Washes his face, looks in the mirror and at his wall. Above his doorway is cracked.
Someone help me with this one...

Clue fifteen:
"They're communticating with colonial one sir."
"Lets here it"
"what do you want guys"
"This has got to stop now, this is madness. Felix, I know you are in there and you will do the right thing. You've got a lot to think about. Our little secret. If you are hungry for redemption this is not the way."
"Goodbye, man."
" No, Felix please listen."
There it is again the secret thing. ALSO hungry for redemption? See clue two. =D

Clue Sixteen:
"Do you remember when we talked about how to get to ____?"
"I just think I've earned, the right to live a little before I die."
"What do you think?"
"I'm next."
"We believe the fifth cylon to be dead."
"fiffe for three"
Now we're revisiting the same clues like Lee at the press conference.
I think the first one is Kara whispering about Earth.
Tigh is saying "you're the fifth" backwards.
