Chinese Propaganda Noticeboards, nah they're just Newspaper boards...

Shot this in a moving tourist bus with my trusty f1.4 D70. I noticed that in every two blocks in Beijing, they had these boards that people can come and read the newspaper.

All I had to do was time the shot, as I was expecting another board to come and pan with the motion of the bus to minimise motion blur.
