That's not correct at all, for it to be correct you'd need to remove the "'ve" from the "I", because, as it stands, the sentence without abbreviation starts "I have had had blood clots..." and as I'm sure you can tell, that's not right. It should be either "I've had..." or "I had had.../I'd had..." or just "I had..."

also, why is there a question mark at the end?
