How to disable Flash in IE to finally rid of those annoying Flash Ads

I'm getting tired and annoyed of those flash advertising that just seems to pop out of nowhere.

Must be a boon to advertisers as they really grab your attention.

Well to get rid of or simply have a choice of enabling or disabling flash is to insall "No! Flash".
