It is against the Terms Of Service (TOS) for Google Adsense to be placed in websites "Made for Adsense". I have seen a few, but google simply removed their access rights to the Adsense program when they abused this clause. These websites below are definitely NOT simply made for Adsense.

These websites hold content, which is useful to any visitor - and even with Adsense turned off, remain as functional websites.

This website below uses Adsense sparingly - which makes me wonder if it effective. It probably is as it "fits" well into the website design.

Now here is a network of websites which I believe exist with the sole purpose of monetizing their visitors through the Adsense program. The network consists of PageWise.com and essortment.com - Thousands of free online articles on everything

The design of these websites are deliberate. They are designed to atttain high rankings in the Search Engine Results and designed so the user gets some information 0 but not the full story - so if the user is really after information - they have no choice but to click the advertisement. A very well designed Adsense website! The concept: entice the user with a little relevant information and leave them wanting for more.

Now this website - Livingroom.org.au uses "Confusion" to maximise their clicks on their Adsense advertisements. The one page offers so much information (All useful) that the user could become confused as to what links are part of the adsense advertisement and which advertisements are part of internal links within the page. Bombard the user with too much information- Another great concept.

In conclusion - Don't give the user what they want - either bombard them with information or just tease them with enough to arouse their curious sense to click your adsense advertisement.
