Superman Mythology

I found an interesting article discussing some differences between the original Superman canon, history and mythology in the comics, movie series and the successful Lois and Clark TV series and the present Smallville series. It is an interesting read considering that "Superman Returns" the movie is coming out soon... I guess the Smallville writers just needed to add new characters and new myths to make the series more interesting and intriguing to watch, with more story arcs rather than the one simple mainline story.

In Australia we are currently a season behind, with episode #63 or the 1st episode of the fourth season just shown last week. Just imagine, Channel 10 basically ran through 2 or three seasons of Smallville in a little over half a year.
