Tae Kwon Do Training

I used to learn Tae Kwon Do until my "busy" schedule with Uni as well as my other pursuits led me to the decision that I had to stop. Anyway, Tae Kwon Do is a Korean and is currently an oplimpic sport. It is a martial arts that can be learned easily through time and diligence.

"Tae Kwon Do" can be sectioned up where 'tae' is Korean for foot, 'kwon' hand and 'do' as way, or art. Hence Tae Kwon Do can be undertood as "the art of fighting using the hands and feet." The word "do", implies a totally dedicated way of life, the pursuit of excellence.
