On film or TV, Nora Zehetner (left) and Rachel Bilson (right) have an uncanny resemblance of one another. I think these two girls are lookalikes. It doesn't look like it in the photos (obviously the hair makes a big difference) but on TV they look like one another.

Rachel Lauren Stevens also known simply as "Rachel Stevens" was on April 9, 1978 and is an English singer, actress, and an occasional model. Rachel was former member of the successful pop group S Club (7), she launched a solo recording career and has released seven singles and two albums to date in the UK. Rachel Stevens was born in Southgate, London, Stevens attended Ashmole School in London. At the age of fifteen, she beat out 5000 competitors in a modeling competition sponsored by Just 17 magazine. Following her first modeling jobs, she studied at the London School of Fashion and worked in public relations.

At the age of nineteen, Rachel Stevens accompanied her brother to an audition in London for a new pop group, which was being put together by Simon Fuller, the one-time manager of the Spice Girls. While waiting for her brother to audition, she was approached by the judges. After many calls and auditions she was chosen as a member of the new group S Club 7, along with Tina Barrett, Paul Cattermole, Jon Lee, Bradley McIntosh, Jo O'Meara, and Hannah Spearritt.

Amanda Leigh "Mandy" Moore (born April 10, 1984) is an American pop singer, songwriter and actress. Moore was born in Nashua, New Hampshire, the daughter of Stacy, a former news reporter who once worked for the Orlando Sentinel, and Don Moore, a pilot for American Airlines. She grew up in Florida and came to fame as a teenager in the early 2000s, after the release of her teen-oriented pop albums So Real, I Wanna Be with You, and Mandy Moore. She mainly does: Folk, dance-pop, pop rock, bubblegum pop type music. But as time changed her style changed also.

Mandy Moore has branched out into a film career, starring in 2002's A Walk to Remember and later appearing in the lead roles of other movies also aimed at teenage audiences. Two of her later films, American Dreamz and Saved!, were satires in which Moore portrayed darker characters than in her previous roles. Moore's private life, including her relationships with tennis player Andy Roddick and actors Wilmer Valderrama and Zach Braff, has been much discussed in the media. Moore's fifth album, Wild Hope, was released in 2007.

Runway modelling can be a hazardous occupation. Models often have to wear difficult wardrobes, clothes that simply can't stay on, couture that is too big, stiletto shoes that are impossible to balance on and other hazards on the catwalk. Watch the best five runway model mishaps on YouTube.

This runway model mishap is simply extraordinary. This particular model actually falls through a hole on the runway. The footage of this runway modelling was during LA Fashion Week. The hole was created by by a breakdancing performer who actually broke the runway when he attempted a flip. After the performers had moved off the runway, the runway show started and this particular runway model just walks into the hole and falls straight into it.

This Youtube video has made the rounds... if you've previously missed out, here's the runway model mishap: the professional model falls twice in high heels which were impossible for her to balance. To add to the hilarity of the situation, the video features a news anchor who just couldn't stop laughing at the model's unforunate circumstance.

Leah Dizon is an interesting pinay chick (Pinays are women with a Philippine/Filipino background just like Myleene Klass, Cassie or Vanessa Minillo). She was born in 1986 so that makes her around 21 years old and started her career in US as an import car model. Instead of going through the nude model/porn route that many girls follow, she went and pursued her singing talent and packed her bags to Japan where she has made a career for herself in J-Pop as well as those photobooks that the Japanese enjoy. We're still stuck in season 6 in Smallville in Australia and I was reading ahead and found that supergirl Kara (Clark's cousin) has joined the cast. Kara is played by blonde hottie Laura Vandervoort. Read this interview by E! about Vandervoort joining the Smallville cast. She joins the lineup of other girls like: Kristin Kruek who plays Lana Lang and Erica Durance who plays Lois Lane. Laura Vandervoort was born on 22 September 1984 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She has previously made appearances in CSI, Doc, Mutant X and Goosebumps. I haven't seen Tania Zaetta for quite a while and then I stumble upon these nude photos of Tania Zaetta: well, not really nude, but topless and with sheer lingerie. Se proudly displays nude photos of herself in her galleries. She was born on 17 November 1970 in Merbein, Victoria, Australia, which makes her nearly 37. She's based in London now, but in Australia most people would have known her from "Who Dares Wins" which aired in the early 1990's; she also had an appearance on Baywatch back in 1999, in local Australian indie-comedy called Pizza as a Pornstar and two Bollywood films in 2005: Bunty Aur Babli and Salaam Namaste.

The world's tallest man and the worlds smallest man have met in China. Bao Xishun, 56, from Inner Mongolia, is the world's tallest man and measures 2.36 metres. He Pingping is the world's smallest man who stands at only 72 centimetres. Bao was confirmed as the world's tallest living man by Guinness World Records last year.

Sarah Wayne Callies is that Prison Break Chick - aka Dr. Sara Tancredi. Yep, that's her. Shocking ain't it? A little too much makeup. Anyway, according to IMDB, she was born on 1 June 1977 and was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA. Married Josh Winterhalt on 21 June 2002. Prison Break will be back in the air in the USA late January 2007 with episode 14 of season 2.

Here is Vanessa Minnillo again at The 34th Annual FIFI Awards... It's an interesting angle... It makes Vanessa Minnillo look sexy and awkward-looking at the same time. This is definitely not something you would tell your model to do... The body is all stretched and distorted - and it is distracting. Although it does give the viewer something to look at. :) Maybe Vanessa has a valis excuse - maybe she was walking away and a photographer probably shouted at her and she probably just turned... Anyway, Vanessa Minnillo, please don't do that.

Enough about blogging about Kate Bosworth... Let's talk about something else. I met Sir William Deane (22nd Governor General of Australia) on the Weekend at St Joseph's College 125th Anniversary. The one line I spoke to Sir William Deane was "Can I please take a photograph of you and your mates?" One nod and i was away taking a few happy snaps of him and the two gentlemen seated beside him. He gave a speech, I wasn't really listening though. I think it was along the lines of how great the school tradition was, and how good the Marist cause was, and how successful their school projects were... and plus the joke below:

Dale Begg-Smith is Australia's newest Winter Olympian to win a Gold Medal. A self made millionaire and world number 1 in freestyle moguls. You've probably already heard the news if you live in Australia. You probably already know what this blog entry is going to talk about. But I'm still going to write about it... Dale Begg Smith runs an internet pop-up advertising company that he describes as the third largest of its type, according to the International Olympic Committee's website. Begg-Smith drives a Lamborghini. But he is modest and doesn't want to reveal much about his business. He didn't reveal the name of the business, its operations or size except that it had "two or three" employees and that it was a non-issue as the business had been wound down. (Other reports say there were 30 employees) "I haven't spent much time on it, I've let it taper off during the ski season," Begg-Smith said when questioned about his business. "There's not much to say. We design technology and stuff like that, some advertising stuff, too."
